Quality Control

We use a cross-functional team approach to quality, which mandates the responsibility for quality across our organization. We apply industry standards, such as APQP, FMEA, ISIR, and PPAP, to ensure successful launches and zero defect level performance. We support customer capacity analysis activities, including Run at Rate and Process Signoff (PSO), and we have integrated lean concepts into our operations, such as work cell balancing, standardized work methods, waste elimination, and 5S. Throughout our processes, we deploy error-proofing measures, which ensure that we prevent defects rather than contain them.
